We test the miraculous effects of the plants that nature has offered us in various products.

With Glohe's (INCIA’s parent company) unique plant extraction technology, we obtain plant extracts with the highest efficiency without using any solvents or artificial chemicals. We use sound wave technology to ensure that the natural essential oils used in the products are distributed homogeneously in the finished product. In addition, in soap-based products, we protect the sebum balance that the skin needs with the Super-Fat Technique.

As a result of intensive R&D studies, we have developed a highly antimicrobial, herbal preservative that naturally destroys unwanted bacteria and fungi. Thus, our products do not harm your skin flora. We use pure water in accordance with drug production standards. The pure water we use in production is equivalent to the pure water permitted for drug production.

We make sure that the raw materials we use are natural!

To ensure that all the raw materials we use are 100% natural, completely plant-based and of high quality, we test the raw materials with high-tech quality control devices (GC-MS, UV-Spectrophotometer, etc.) in our laboratory.

Factory Microbiology Laboratory

While we put the formulations completed by our R&D team into production at the factory, we test whether there is any microbiological growth. We do these tests during processes at certain stages and by taking samples from the finished product. 

Our R&D Facility

We apply science from a holistic perspective in our laboratories, established in light of modern developments in R&D technologies and equipped with high technology, and in this context, we work together with scientists equipped from different disciplines.

In the R&D department of our laboratories, we work interdisciplinary with our expert employees who have bachelor's, master's and doctorate degrees in chemistry, biology, microbiology and cell culture, and we develop 100% natural baby care, personal care and home care products in our advanced laboratory infrastructure.

Cell Culture Laboratory

We perform cell tests to evaluate the reliability and effectiveness of baby care, personal care and home care products that we develop in our Cell Culture Laboratory. Thus, we determine the effective doses of the developed products and the various raw materials used in them on the cells and investigate whether they have any toxic effects, making the products reliable without the need for animal testing.

Microbiology Laboratory

Our Microbiology Laboratory conducts microbiological tests, taking into account all contamination risks of products, raw materials and production areas. We apply screening-challenge to baby care, personal care and home care products produced under microbiologically appropriate conditions, investigate the effectiveness of the product against pathogenic microorganisms and thus develop microbiologically reliable products.
